Liver Detox Juice: Does It Really Work?

The liver is like the body’s filter, processing everything we eat and drink, including food, medications, and even toxins from the air.

When it gets overwhelmed with too many harmful substances, it can also slow down, making us feel tired and affecting our digestion and skin.
